A blog to motivate. Simple, right? It for the young and old, for those that are lost and those who just needs a helping hand, the newbies and the veterans who just needs a new spark, for the people who are scared and those that want to spread their confidence. Each person has their own unique motivators that will always drive them. Some are easy to find like trying to get people to touch your washboard abs and some are more difficult like trying to overcome a fear. We're all different, so please answer me this question again: A blog about motivation is simple, right?

This blog's purpose is made to help you to achieve the goals you have always wanted to achieve. It specially uses fitness and a healthy lifestyle as a medium but in reality this can be transferred to any situation where you are lacking the drive that you need. Doing homework, speaking in public, talking to that person you like, going to your first day at work, and trying something new. This is truly a universal effort.

As the writer of Health Motivates, my own goal with this blog is to be able to affect your life in a positive way. It does not have to be at such a significant level, but at the very least, turn you into the right direction. Since once you are facing the right path, all that is needed is to follow the way and meet your goal at the end of the road. I want to make you become a better person than you were a year ago, a month ago, and a day ago.

At the end of my blog posts, I will provide a motivational quote by various historical figures (and even some from an unknown origin) that has affected me in one way or another.
